Luc DeBonis grew up in Riverside, raised his family there, and started his real estate career there. His son Patrick grew up in Riverside too — and when Patrick bought his first home in Beaumont and started his own family, Luc and Stephenie followed. That move became the origin story of the entire DeBonis Real Estate Team.
Today, two generations serve buyers and sellers across the Inland Empire with the kind of perspective that only comes from genuine roots — Luc and Stephenie working with sellers and 55+ downsizers, Patrick working with first-time buyers and move-up families. Patrick specializes in helping first-time buyers, young families, and move-up buyers take the next step with confidence. Having grown up in Riverside and purchased his first home in Beaumont in his late 20s, he understands firsthand what it takes to make that transition.
After buying his home and starting a family, Patrick shared the news with his parents that they were going to be grandparents. That moment led Luc and Stephenie to make the move to Beaumont as well — ultimately becoming the foundation of what is now the DeBonis Real Estate Team.
